What We're Looking For:

• Expert Carpentry Skills: 5+ years of experience in residential carpentry (high-end experience preferred), covering everything from structural work to custom finishes.
• Leadership & Motivation: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a positive, productive environment.
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
