Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Buffalo, NY Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is partnering with school districts throughout the Buffalo area to hire Speech Language Pathologists for current and upcoming opportunities. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting students' communication development and helping them succeed in the classroom.

Openings are available for both summer assignments and the 2026-2027 school year. Districts are considering candidates with a variety of experience levels and backgrounds.

Compensation: $40-$60 per hour
Potential for assignment renewal

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Provide therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and educational planning
Monitor student progress and complete required documentation
Maintain compliance with district and state regulations


Candidate Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York State SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
School-based experience preferred but not required
