Job Title: Shipping and Receiving
Department: Materials
Reports To: Shipping Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsibilities include providing production support by ensuring proper procedures are followed in the materials shipping and receiving process. Primary responsibilities include verifying, staging, tracking and documenting any material received and products shipped from point of intake or outtake to their proper location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Review shipping schedule.
· Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standard.
· Report any discrepancies in invoices.
· Perform check of incoming goods to ensure compliance with invoices as well as to assure against damages.
· Ensure proper storage of materials received
· Maintain and support a clean, organized work environment
· Participation in physical inventories.
· Maintain compliance of IATF 16949.
· Submit invoices and any other documentation.
· Transport received and finished product to their proper and appointed locations.
· Follows all safety, housekeeping, and company policies and procedures.
· Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and assignments as required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Plastic Injection Molding background is helpful.
Shipping and Receiving Team Members shall have direct working knowledge of the following:
· Familiar with IATF 16949 policies and procedures and work instructions.
· Knowledge of receiving transactions and the CMS system.
· Lottracking and inspection procedures.
· Grinding Room Operations.
· Raw materials.
· ISO14001 Training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
This position requires that the employee be able to move and transport plastic parts that generally do not exceed 15 pounds, without requiring assistance such as a dolly, forklift, or another team member. This position also includes frequent and prolonged periods of standing/walking, pushing /pulling or moving/lifting supplies. This position experiences frequent/occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, repetitive motion and gripping. Must comply with all safety requirements including use of the personal protection equipment required for this position.
