Build trust, deliver value, and drive growth as an Outside Sales Rep

Reports to: Director of Sales
Territory: Exeter NH, Derry NH, Raymond NH
Eligible for: 2026 Outside Sales Commission Program
Compensation: Base Salary $52,000 + Uncapped Commission+ $650 Monthly Vehicle allowance
Schedule: Full-time | Exempt

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will build relationships, win new business, and drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding targets. This is a results-driven role where your success directly impacts your earnings and territory growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prospect and develop new business through calls and in-person visits
  • Grow sales within your assigned territory
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
  • Promote current programs, products, and services
  • Track activity, leads, and opportunities in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and profit goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
  • Partner with store teams to support customer success
  • Assist with collections on past-due accounts when needed

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Outside sales or automotive experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a quota-driven role
  • Organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic technology
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle + acceptable insurance coverage

Work Environment

  • Field-based role with daily local travel
  • Mix of customer visits, prospecting, and store interaction
  • Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Drive regularly for customer visits and sales calls
  • Stand, walk, and move throughout the day
  • Bend, reach, and handle product as needed
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
