\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience — proven critical care nurse skills\n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be able to obtain Georgia RN license if required)\n
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications required\n
- Preferred: CCRN (critical care certification) and NIHSS\n
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (Cerner EMR)\n
- No local candidates within 50 miles — must be available for travel assignment\n

- Deliver high-quality patient care in a General Medical Surgical ICU setting as an ICU RN / critical care nurse\n
- Monitor, assess, and treat critically ill patients — ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, titration of drips\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists) to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Administer medications, manage IVs/central lines, and perform advanced nursing procedures\n
- Document patient information accurately using Cerner EMR and maintain compliance with hospital policies\n
- Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions (code response, rapid response)\n
