Job Summary We are looking for employees with experience working on commercial roofing projects and standing seam roofing projects. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Always wear PPE</li>
<li>Always carry ID</li>
<li>Follow all safety and quality control instructions</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Past experience as a roofer or construction worker</li>
<li>Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools</li>
<li>Experience working with all types of building materials</li>
<li>Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to work in extreme environments, e.g. hot sun, below freezing, crawl spaces, etc.</li>
<li>OSHA 40</li>
<li>Scaffold stair tower osha training card</li>
<li>SST</li>
<li>NYC Track Training ( We may schedule you if you do not have it)</li>
