Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/ hr (based on experience, shift, and position)
Schedule (Mon-Fri):
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
About Us
We specialize in fabricating and assembling conveyor systems used in warehouses and airports across the country. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, mechanically inclined individuals to help us build the systems that keep goods moving.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Worker, you’ll be hands-on in assembling conveyor components and preparing them for installation. Your day-to-day will include:
- Assembling and bolting parts using torque wrenches and power tools
- Reading blueprints to guide your work
- Identifying and organizing materials from drawings
- Operating forklifts to move and stage parts
- Ensuring accuracy and quality in every build
What You Bring
We’re looking for team members who are:
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Skilled at reading blueprints and paying attention to detail
- Physically prepared for hands-on work
- Familiar with forklift operation (certification a plus!)
- Experienced in production or manufacturing environments
- Bonus: Knowledge of residential painting or powder coating

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.50/hr.
