Construction Superintendent for Retail Store Buildouts
Experience in Gondolas, Decor, and Millwork necessary.
Job Summary:
The Superintendent is responsible for the on-site supervision, coordination, and execution of day-to-day operations on construction or industrial job sites. This role ensures that work is performed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards and project specifications. The Superintendent acts as the key liaison between workers, subcontractors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.

Supervise and direct crews, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Plan work sequences and allocate resources accordingly.

Track daily progress, labor, and material usage.

Coordinate inspections and quality control efforts.

Communicate regularly with the Project Manager on progress, issues, and requirements.

Resolve conflicts or delays and implement corrective actions.

Maintain site logs, reports, and documentation.

Monitor tool and equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent (Technical or Trade School preferred).

5+ years of experience in construction, including supervisory roles.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in construction management software and MS Office (preferred).
Job requirements:
- Travel required, as we have jobs in multiple states.
- Must have tools and transportation.
- Valid driver's license
Work Location: Various cities in the US - Travel 75% - 100%
