We are seeking an additional Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide administrative support for to the CEO/Owner and installers at our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates and invoices, maintain client databases, and track accounts receivable
• Schedule and track sales meetings and installation appointments
• Track installation appointments and inform customers of appointment time, potential delays and required follow-up
• Monitor customer trends, feedback and satisfaction levels.
• Manage social media accounts, creating content, maintianing databases, and satisfaction levels.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as preparing emails, letters, spreadsheets, and forms
• Provide administrative support to CEO, organize meetings and company events.
• Develop effective relationships with installers and other adminstrative staff
• Serve as backup to other adminstrative staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline office processes
• Maintain and order supplies
• Assist in the development of inventory management and other internal processes
• Arrange conference calls and meetings

• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Curious, fast-learning and resourceful
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Experience working in an office environment is preferred
• High school diploma required; Bachelor degree preferred
