Responsibilities:
• Perform regular checks on inventory to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders to confirm correct shipments and quantities.
• Monitor product movement and ensure items are stored and organized appropriately.
• Assist in processing purchase orders and entering relevant data into inventory systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in inventory counts or documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Support the team in moving boxes and products to designated areas as needed.
• Generate reports related to stock levels, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
• Participate in periodic inventory audits to identify and address any irregularities.• Experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in handling purchase orders and invoice verification.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or software.
• Ability to lift and move boxes as part of daily responsibilities.
