What You Need&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Active RN license&nbsp;</li>
<li>Accredited RN education&nbsp;</li>
<li>Case management or care coordination experience preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>BLS certification&nbsp;</li>
<li>U.S. Citizenship required</li>
