Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts receivable invoices and payments.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collection.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Prepare and send out monthly statements to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.

Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Two plus years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or accounts receivable professional

Experience with NetSuite or from food and beverage industry is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
