🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals
- Deliver therapeutic interventions: exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and education
- Monitor and document patient progress; adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients/families on recovery processes and home exercises
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with clinical standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development
✅ Qualifications:
- Doctorate or master's in physical therapy (from an accredited program)
- State licensure (or eligibility)
- Clinical experience (preferably in outpatient ortho/sports rehab)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems
⭐ Preferred:
- Certifications in specialty areas (OCS, SCS, etc.)
- Experience with dry needling, manual therapy, or aquatic therapy
- Passion for mentorship and clinical education
