Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in rehabilitation and long-term care units
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for the state of South Dakota
- Experience in rehabilitation and long-term care nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
