• On-call coverage from Monday to Thursday, 6 PM to 6 AM

• Manage 5 to 10 patients per shift, with 2 to 5 admissions

• Work in an inpatient hospital environment

• Operate independently with orthopedic surgeon support available on call

• Required skills include reductions, traction pin placements, and suturing

• Focus on orthopedic trauma patient demographics

• Average of 20 phone consultations every 24 hours
