As a Remote Sales Development Representative at Kitajima Insurance, youll be the first point of contact for new leads looking for auto insurance. Using our proven script and systems, you'll guide potential customers through the early stages of the sales process, mostly in Spanish, and transfer qualified leads to senior agents to close the deal. This is a full-time, remote position offering base pay plus commission.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (PST)
Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads
Qualify leads and gather essential customer information
Use a proven sales script to guide conversations
Conduct initial coverage discussions and answer basic policy questions
Transfer warm leads to senior closers to finalize the sale
Provide fast, friendly, and professional service, primarily in Spanish
Document interactions accurately in our CRM
Participate in daily training, call listening, and role playing
Continuously improve through coaching and feedback
Requirements
Strong interest in sales and commission-based earning
Bilingual Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Able to follow scripts and stay focused on performance metrics
Full-time availability during required schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10 AM 7 PM PST
Saturday: 9 AM 3 PM PST
Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM systems, phone systems, and AI tools
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Must have a quiet work environment and reliable internet for remote work
