Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, certified in-home teacher to guide and support two students in 4th and 7th grade. This is not a childcare position—it is a hands-on teaching role within a structured homeschool program. The curriculum is already developed; your role is to oversee and execute the learning process, ensure completion of assignments, and incorporate creative enrichment tasks to enhance understanding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home instruction for two students using a pre-developed homeschool curriculum
• Facilitate lessons, monitor progress, and assist with comprehension
• Introduce creative and interactive activities to support key concepts
• Maintain a calm, encouraging, and professional learning environment
• Coordinate occasional group learning experiences if applicable

Requirements:

• Valid teaching certification (elementary or middle school level)
• Clean background check
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Strong understanding of teaching methods and learning styles
• Comfortable with basic educational technology
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be able to teach in-home with at least one adult always present

Hours:

Hours are flexible, Primary hours would be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00AM-12:00PM or 1:00PM.
