FL-DBPR-TLH-Auditing Clerk (801875) (Part-Time)
Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
Temp (1 month+).
Job location: 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32399
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (20 hours per week).
WORK ENVIORNMENT: Professional Business Environment, cubicle.
DRESS CODE: Business Casual - no torn, offensive or revealing clothing.
PARKING: Free surface or garage parking.
Job description:
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Auditing financial documents
- Performing accounting calculations
- Ability to determine the financial stability of companies
- Utilize computer programs to find documents, perform calculations, and enter the required information into a reporting form
- Candidate will not work outside the office or have contact with the public
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must have finance/accounting experience in order to understand the auditing
- Basic Accounting Skills
- Excellent Computer Skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP preferred
- Previous auditing experience
- Ability to work independently and think critically
