We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Commercial Service Department.
Key Responsibilities
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll perform maintenance, installations, and repairs on a wide range of equipment including (but not limited to):
- Refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Electric motors, oil and gas heating units, heat pumps
- Hermetic and semi-hermetic compressors
- Commercial furnaces, boilers, and burners
- Intake/exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers
- Flame safeguard controls, capacity controls, and split systems
- Air compressors and air dryers
- Packaged HVAC units, VRF systems
- Chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled), cooling towers
- Water and fuel pumps
This role demands a high level of technical expertise and the ability to independently diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical problems in complex commercial systems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid D2 license (minimum); S2 license preferred
- Proven experience in HVAC system diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, HVAC/R codes, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in the field
