Three Beans Cafe

Old Town Scottsdale, AZ
$12.15–$16.00/hour + tips. With tips average is $24- $44 an hr
Full-Time / Part-Time

Three Beans Cafe is looking for experienced, dependable hospitality professionals who want to be a consistent part of our team. We have plans for growth with additional locations.

This is an all-in-one hospitality role. Team members are cross-trained and expected to work across:

Bartending
Barista
Cashier / POS
Floor service
Guest hospitality
Cleaning and restocking

You do not need experience in every area, but previous hospitality experience is strongly preferred. Restaurant, bar, coffee shop, nightlife, hotel, or guest-service experience all apply.

We are looking for people who:

Have a solid hospitality foundation
Are reliable and consistent

Communicate well with guests and teammates
Take initiative without constant direction
Are comfortable learning multiple positions
Want consistent hours and long-term opportunity
Are interested in becoming a strong contributor, not just picking up occasional shifts

What the Role Looks Like

You may make espresso drinks, bartend, take orders, run drinks, clear tables, restock, greet guests, and help wherever the business needs you. At Three Beans, everyone contributes to the full guest experience.

Starting pay is based on experience, skill level, availability, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Scheduling - Day, evening, weekend, and late-night shifts are available.

We are looking for candidates with consistent availability, especially evenings and weekends.
