Our client, a construction management services firm, is currently seeking a Superintendent to work on-site at their customers manufacturing & distribution center based in the greater Dallas area. The Superintendent will supervise on-going site construction projects, including their organization, planning, and scheduling, in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and to quality specified.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all construction site activities and act as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Develop and manage project schedules, critical paths, and timely delivery of materials.
• Implement and enforce site safety programs and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Lead and mentor field staff and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality.
• Oversee quality control, logistics, and labor relations across all trades.
• Manage billing processes, WIP estimates, and subcontractor payments.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Procore, and cost accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
