A well-established local Allstate Agency in the heart of Coconut Creek/Margate is seeking a licensed 220 or 440 Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

We are located in a major shopping plaza with strong walk-in traffic and operate almost exclusively off referrals. This is a stable, relationship-driven office with a great reputation in the community and a positive, team-focused environment.

Position Overview:

• Primarily handling renewals and rewrites
• Working with multiple homeowners carriers
• Servicing and supporting Allstate auto policies
• Assisting walk-in clients and managing inbound service requests

Qualifications:

• Active Florida 220 or 440 license
• Experience with Citizens Clearinghouse
• Solid understanding of Florida homeowners insurance
• General knowledge of auto insurance
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused personality
