Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Some Saturdays: 5:30 AM – Noon
✔ Consistent hours
✔ Opportunity for overtime
✔ 3-day weekends most weeks
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on production role working with rubber materials in a fast-paced environment.
- Set up and prepare parts for lamination
- Weigh, measure, and cut materials
- Trim, grind, and buff rubber components
- Use grinders, knives, scissors, and hand tools daily
- Assemble, mold, repair, and disassemble parts
- Record measurements and complete production documentation (MIP)
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
You’ll work with tools like:
Buffers, trimmers, clicker machines, hand tools, electric drills, clamps, calipers, cranes, and more.
Work Environment
- Hot, dirty manufacturing setting
- Frequent use of grinders and cutting tools
- Prolonged standing
- Bending, reaching, pushing & pulling
- Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly (30+ lbs with assistance)
If you’re comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled production environment, this could be a great fit.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level – manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to maintain production and quality standards
