Title:- Technical Writer
Duration:- 12+ Month
Hybrid Role :- 3 Days Onsite 2 days Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and format Manufacturing Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) per SME input.
- Assemble and manage Change Control packages, including tracking through review and approval workflows.
- Create and maintain style guides, templates, department SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Support the documentation lifecycle through development, pilot, and production phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate reviews, manage edit cycles, and ensure timely approvals.
- Attend project meetings and cross-functional team discussions as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes, instrumentation, and software through technical training.
- Manage and prioritize multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Background in science (Biology, Chemistry) preferred.
- Experience with technical writing or document control is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile (or similar Electronic Document Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
