We are seeking dedicated and physically capable Production Operators for our Rope Mill facility. Candidates must have a proven track record of stable employment, particularly in a manufacturing or machine operation setting.
- Shifts: Available shifts are 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift hours available.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Efficiently measure, cut, sow and assemble wires.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished and in-process products.
- Package outgoing orders. Update inventory levels
- Ensure machines are adequately supplied by replenishing stock.
- Safely lift and handle heavy supplies, requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs
- Utilize computer skills for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Maintain excellent attendance and follow all safety and operational protocols while standing for extended periods.
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $18/hr

Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of stable work experience in each of your previous positions.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and math.
- Excellent attendance record and the ability to work while standing.
- Prior Manufacturing (mfg) experience a plus!
- Trade school experience a plus.
- Experience reading and using measuring tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers).
