Physical Therapist – In-House Rehab Team
Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Pay Range: $40–$65/hour (DOE)**
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Locations: Brookline, Beverly, New Bedford & Newton, MA
Job Overview:
We proudly provide rehabilitation services in-house, not through outside contractors. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be a valued and consistent member of the care team—working collaboratively with nursing and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes across our Massachusetts locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and direct physical therapy services in accordance with accepted clinical practices
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized, effective treatment plans
- Coordinate care with nursing staff and other disciplines
- Participate in resident screenings as scheduled
- Communicate clinical updates and concerns to leadership
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing
- Participate in center-directed programs and in-service training
- Travel to other Massachusetts locations on a limited basis, if needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience with older adult rehabilitation preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare settings preferred
