What It Takes to Win in This Role
Investment Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on securities, asset classes, and investment managers.
- Develop investment recommendations based on fundamental and quantitative analysis.
Portfolio Support & Monitoring
- Support portfolio managers with portfolio construction, performance attribution, and risk analysis.
- Monitor existing holdings and identify opportunities or concerns.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare investment commentary, performance reports, and client communications.
- Present research findings and recommendations to investment team.
Requirements:
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field. 2-4 years of investment research or analysis experience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain).
- CFA Level 1 candidate or charterholder.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA Level 2 or Charter.
- Buy-side research experience.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Bloomberg or FactSet.
