A-Line Staffing is now hiring Coord 2, Office Services (Payor Relations Coordinator II) - REMOTE.
The Coord 2, Office Services (Payor Relations Coordinator II) position would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Coord 2, Office Services Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $18.28 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Coord 2, Office Services Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Remote position – Eastern or Central time zone strongly preferred
  • Must be available for 8-hour shifts between 8am – 6pm EST (exact schedule TBD)

Coord 2, Office Services Responsibilities

  • Generate and renew credentials
  • Maintain and verify company participation and demographics with payors
  • Conduct standardized outreach to payors
  • Complete and submit network application forms, contracts, and associated documents
  • Review network participation and limited participation contracts for relevant terms
  • Project and analyze financial data from new and existing contracts
  • Evaluate and compare payor contracts and performance
  • Complete contract processing and review documents
  • Disseminate contract and payor policy information to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with and support payor relations stakeholders
  • Communicate with payors and resolve noncritical issues
  • Maintain payor relations files, folders, databases, and resources
  • Complete payor-related reporting as assigned
  • Monitor and escalate payor relations communications as needed
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and provable records of work completed
  • Support Payor Relations Manager and leadership in other tasks as assigned

Coord 2, Office Services Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in insurance verification, medical billing, and/or contract administration
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate math skills (percentages, proportions, commissions, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with medical terminology
