Position Summary:

Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all systems operate safely and efficiently to support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production and packaging machinery.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and accurately document work performed.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement for equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to ensure safe, efficient equipment operation.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Adhere to all company safety, GMP, and food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a food production or processing facility (5+ years preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with conveyors, mixers, packaging machines, motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
• Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and basic control systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must pass a clear background check.
