About This Role
We're seeking a motivated Lead Teacher to join our vibrant infant classroom team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced colleagues in a fast-paced, downtown Brattleboro child care center. As a member of our small, non-profit team, you'll contribute to a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
What You'll Do
Care for young infants by providing essential daily needs, such as feeding and diapering, while helping them rest, grow, and reach developmental milestones. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by completing all required paperwork for the classroom. Plan engaging projects, establish routines, and develop lessons to support infant growth. Identify and plan developmentally appropriate activities tailored to infants aged 2 months to 18 months.
Requirements
- Minimum Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
- 1 year of experience working in a group care environment
