Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Spot Welder to set up and operate spot welding equipment efficiently. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and utilizing precision measuring instruments to ensure all parts meet quality standards. Effective communication with all levels of staff is essential.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate spot welders.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Use precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure all parts meet the required quality standards.
- Communicate respectfully with all levels of staff.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in spot welding.
- Experience with finishing welding or operating spot welders.
- Skills in Mig, Tig, and robotics welding techniques.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Work Environment
Work across two distinct buildings, one dedicated to paint and the other to welding and fabrication. The facility is well-organized, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining cleanliness with regular cleaning schedules.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $28.00/hr.
