  • Accurately input claims, payments, and policy information into management systems
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute sensitive documents and mail
  • Maintain and retrieve files from storage, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
  • Support subpoena compliance and process ISO (index search) requests
  • Scan, quality check, and index claim files as assigned
  • Provide backup receptionist coverage and assist with daily check runs

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; AA/AS or BA/BS a plus
  • At least 1 year of data entry experience
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented mindset
