South Hills Post Acute is a 4-star, 160-bed post-acute care facility located at 60 Highland Rd., Bethel Park. Successful candidates will have the following:
- Social Services experience in Skilled Nursing is ideal
- Associate's Degree at a minimum
- Experience with PCC is helpful
- Compassion for a vulnerable population
- Excellent communication skills are a must
Your day to day:
You'll provide care for our residents by assisting with the development and implementation of care plans established by the clinical and transitional care teams. You'll work under supervision of our Social Services Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
