Company: Victory Collegiate Academy Location: Tolleson, AZ Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Victory Collegiate Academy is hiring Paraprofessionals for the 2025-2026 school year. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about education and want to support student learning in a dynamic classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Assist the lead teacher in classroom instruction and management
</li>
<li>
Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning
</li>
<li>
Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
</li>
<li>
Supervise students in various settings (classroom, cafeteria, recess, etc.)
</li>
<li>
Support lesson preparation and classroom organization
</li>
<li>
Monitor student behavior and progress, reporting to the lead teacher
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs
</li>
<li>
Perform other duties as assigned by administration
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
High school diploma or GED required
</li>
<li>
Associate’s degree or 60+ college credits preferred
</li>
<li>
Must have or be able to obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
</li>
<li>
Prior experience in a school or working with children preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and organizational skills
</li>
<li>
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
</li>
</ul>
