Client Service SpecialistLogistics$22.00 per hourTemp to HireShifts BelowLockbourne, Ohio (onsite)Shifts Available:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm
- Friday-Sunday 5:00pm-5:30am
What you’ll be doing:
- Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints
- Support 50 clients and 8-10 job sites
- Communicate with leadership teams of clients and internal
- Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service
- Label packages and ensure packaging is correct
- Pulling if reports and comparing/tracking data
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet
- Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Who we’re looking for:
- Must be comfortable with learning quickly
- Strong writing skills and email communication
- Must have great attention to detail
- Learn all warehouse functions
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Outlook – Dynamic Rules, Teams, and Excel
- Functions, X-Look Ups, =SUM
- Client service skills, quality focused and the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and Copilot
- Freight forwarding knowledge
- Strong conflict resolution skills
