Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. The position requires applying job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. Acquiring a working knowledge of product flow and the impact of quality is essential. The work is routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. A working knowledge of production standards and production goals is necessary. The position involves assisting in cross-training focus factory members as instructed and operating within established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow specific job instructions daily.
- Document findings and follow the 'see something, say something' policy for defective parts.
- Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts meet quality standards.
- Utilize basic hand tools such as flat head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers.
- Understand and execute various job functions, which can range from 1 to 20 depending on the day's instructions.
- Adapt to different workstations, some requiring sitting, others standing.
Essential Skills
- 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in assembly using basic hand and power tools.
- Strong reading and writing skills.
- Experience with production, assembly lines, and general labor.
- Knowledge of electronics, hand tools, and computer documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined individuals with a manufacturing.
- Candidates from non-manufacturing backgrounds who enjoy working with their hands.
- Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to frequently reach at waist level and occasionally above head.
- Ability to lift up to 45lbs and carry up to 10lbs.
- Capability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
