Job Title: Membership Sales Director

Location: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote in the following areas:

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
  • Commissions: Uncapped earning potential - (at plan = $250,000/annual).
  • Bonuses: Quarterly and annual incentives for top performers.
  • Benefits: Health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, golf outings, and more.

Employment Type: Full-time (W2)

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue: Exceed membership sales targets through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and killer closing skills.
  • Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing sales squad to dominate their quotas.
  • Optimize Sales Strategy: Refine outreach, promotions, and retention tactics to maximize growth.
  • Analyze & Report: Track KPIs, pipeline health, and ROI—then use data to smash even bigger goals.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in sales (membership, subscription, or high-ticket B2C/B2B sales preferred).
  • 2+ years leading teams - with a proven track record of hitting (and crushing) targets.
