About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Medical Receptionist to join a fast-paced dermatology practice in Sugar Land. Hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a dermatology medical receptionist role and thrive in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in 50+ patients daily with professionalism and excellent bedside manner

Manage a high volume of incoming calls, answering promptly and directing appropriately

Schedule patient appointments efficiently while multitasking in a busy office

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with electronic health record (EHR) documentation

Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and articulate communication

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and office operations
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience as a medical receptionist in a dermatology or similar medical setting

Comfortable handling a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills; experience with EMA EHR strongly preferred

Dependable, articulate, and able to multitask effectively
