Metro Brick Inc., a leading brick and stone distributor who specializes in Architectural building material Sales, is looking for an Inside Sales Customer Service team member.
We are looking for an outgoing and active team player who is organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our valued customers and outside sales representatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Customer Engagement: Proactively communicate with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their architectural brick needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our architectural brick products, their features, benefits, and potential applications.
• Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Track order status and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Manage office job database
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Positive can-do attitude
• Forklift experience a plus
