Job DescriptionBESTAFF is seeking a detail-oriented Processor to support daily warehouse and operational workflows at our Whitestown, Indiana facility. This role is responsible for accurately processing system transactions, supporting workflow management within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensuring operational data integrity.
This is a key position within the department, requiring strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and prior experience working within warehouse systems and administrative tools. Candidates must be comfortable working with multiple software platforms and maintaining high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly
Tuesday – Friday 6a-4:30P
Key Responsibilities
• Process and manage transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support operational workflows
• Monitor and maintain workflow queues to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Verify data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies within system transactions
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure system updates reflect physical activity
• Maintain organized documentation and records related to processing activities
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication, reporting, and documentation
• Support operational reporting and basic data tracking through Excel
• Follow established procedures to maintain system and inventory accuracy
• Escalate system issues or inconsistencies when necessary
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Qualifications
• Prior experience working in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) required
• Experience processing transactions and managing workflows within warehouse or logistics systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred
