About this role:

The Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role on the outpatient team, providing both clinical and operational oversight to ensure staff are supported, services are consistent, and care is delivered in alignment with Well Behavioral Health’s mission and values. This role balances direct service with supervision responsibilities, guiding associate-level clinicians, managing day-to-day team operations, and serving as a point of guidance for clinical concerns.

What You'll Do:

  • Staff Management: Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned clinical team, including scheduling, PTO coordination, and caseload management.
  • Quality Assurance: Following up on chart audits to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide up to 10 scheduled direct patient care hours per week for outpatient clients.
  • Crisis Management: Handling emergency situations related to patient care.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinating care with other internal departments and outpatient healthcare professionals for comprehensive treatment.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has familiarity and comfortability with treating and supervising the treatment of eating disorders.
  • Is fully licensed as an LCSW in New York and willing to obtain licensure in any other states needed
  • > 3 year general clinical experience with at least 2 years ED specific experience
  • Schedule/availability requirements:
  • 40 hour work week, with the ability to shift daily schedule as indicated by clinical needs.

Due to the volume of applicants, only candidates considered for the role will be contacted.
