Responsibilities
- Market and sell various insurance products to potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing policyholders
- Conduct activities to generate leads and expand client base
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Process claims efficiently
- Manage sales administration tasks effectively
- Conduct outside sales visits to meet with clients in person
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of benefits administration and various insurance products
- Proficiency in market analysis and telemarketing techniques
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
