Are you a customer service pro with experience in distribution, parts, or supply chain environments? We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can handle high-volume inquiries, manage quotes, and coordinate with vendors—all while delivering top-tier support to our valued customers.
Location: Henderson, NV
Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday, business hours]

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email with product knowledge and professionalism
• Communicate PO/backorder status, pricing, tracking updates, and availability
• Issue and manage formal quotes with follow-ups and expiration tracking
• Cross-reference parts and provide COO, Schedule B, UPC codes, and spec sheets
• Collaborate across departments for timely resolutions and order fulfillment
• Work with vendors and purchasing on pricing and open orders
You’ll thrive if you have:
• Experience in a parts, distribution, or manufacturing customer service environment
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of quoting, margin tracking, and cost analysis
