Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oregon
- Previous experience providing OT services in K-12 educational settings
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and remote therapy delivery
- Strong assessment skills for identifying and addressing fine and gross motor challenges
- Collaborative approach—comfortable partnering with general/special education staff and parents
- Experience or comfort with COTA supervision within a school environment
- Effective communicator and organized, dedicated to supporting student goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group OT sessions—on site and via teletherapy
- Conduct comprehensive motor skills assessments and develop treatment plans
- Guide and support students in meeting fine and gross motor milestones
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement IEPs and support classroom engagement
- Supervise/mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as appropriate
- Document services and progress in accordance with school policies
- Provide resources and consultation for teachers and caregivers
