Our client, the healthcare industry, is seeking a Licensed Sales and Member Services Representative to join their team. As a Sales and Member Services Representative, you will be part of the Member Support Department supporting the Medicare Advantage/Individual products sales teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high comfort level on phones, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sales and Member Services Representative - Licensed
Location: Meridian, ID
Pay Range: $28.67 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with potential overtime during open enrollment; some hybrid work possible after training
What's the Job?
- Document and track all sales leads and follow-up activity
- Provide support and information regarding Medicare Advantage and other health insurance products
- Handle high-volume inbound phone calls from members, brokers, and internal teams
- Assist with enrollment processes and complete necessary applications and documentation
- Support sales initiatives and community outreach efforts related to health awareness
What's Needed?
- Must be licensed in Idaho (Health, Life and Disability)
- At least 2+ years of experience in health insurance, healthcare, call centers, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and comfort with heavy phone work
- Proficiency in computer and office skills
- Experience with health benefits or insurance sales/support preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent work experience preferred
