A full-time opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is available in Fishers, IN, working within a school setting. This travel assignment is set to start ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role focuses on delivering specialized speech and language services in a pediatric and educational environment, supporting the diverse communication needs of school-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapy tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Indiana state regulations for SLP services
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations within schools
- Strong understanding of educational speech-language pathology practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
