Job Summary
The Manager – Commercial Enrollment is responsible for leading large operational teams supporting commercial health insurance member enrollment. This role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, compliance, and effective people management in a fast-paced US healthcare payer environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end commercial member enrollment operations
- Manage and mentor large teams (60+ employees) including team leads
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in enrollment processing
- Handle 1st and 2nd level escalations, including complex member and client issues
- Drive process improvements, productivity, and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions
- Lead change management initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in US healthcare payer operations
- Strong expertise in commercial member enrollment
- 5–7 years in people management roles (Senior Team Lead / Manager)
- Proven experience managing large teams (60+ staff)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $80,000 annual
Pay Range Maximum: $100,000 annual

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
