Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist with inbound and outbound calls
2. Identify if customer is eligible for rental set up
3. Create rental reservation on direct bill
4. Extend rentals accordingly to claim status and labor days
5. Prevent or expedite delays in the claim process
6. Complete daily list of open rental tickets by following up with body shops, inspections, and
parts arriving and payments.
7. Provide excellent customer service
8. Evaluate inquiries of customers and provide proper assistance

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
2. Proficient typing skills (45 words per minute or more).
3. Accurate in Data entry.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Ability to multi task.
6. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Education/Training/Experience
Minimum requirements: High School Diploma / GED
Training: No experience needed.
