Role Summary

The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by following supervisor direction to meet production, quality, and safety standards. This role involves hands-on work in a cold and noisy food-production environment, with frequent movement, lifting, and adherence to HACCP, GMP, and 5S standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production demands
• Transfer products from filler to chiller and organize carts in WIP areas
• Move production carts in and out of chillers (approx. 38&degree;F)
• Flip trays in chillers as required
• Align and orient products at the Garvey table
• Identify and report product discrepancies to Supervisors or Leads
• Rework product that does not meet specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles
• Promote and comply with all safety, food handling, and sanitation standards
• Follow HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company policies
• Assist in Kitchen area or other departments as assigned

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Standing and walking up to 10 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Team lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working in cold environments (38&degree;F) and moving in/out of chillers
• Exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations
• Required use of PPE including:
