Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial discrepancies.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate classification of all financial transactions.
- Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and submitting related tax filings.
- Prepare basic financial statements, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with inventory valuation and cost tracking for manufactured goods.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with inventory costing and tracking systems.
- Familiarity with job costing principles.
- Proficiency with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
- Understanding of fixed asset management specific to production machinery.
